I worked with the wonderful WNW team to drive strategies for shaping, scaling and engaging their creative community initiatives and celebrate the wider creative community.
I developed a creative community engagement strategy, including formats, that would involve the WNW community of more than 30K members more into their current and planned programming initiatives.
Some of the formats we developed are now being translated into digital.

Members Program Strategy,
The New Work Project, 2019-2020
Many co-working spaces are lacking a sense of community, where members barely know each other and don’t get the chance to collaborate. Therefore I started working with the team of TNWP and developed a Members Engagement Strategy + Program to offer their members more than just a space, but create a hub for creative knowledge sharing, support and collaboration.
We started with defining the purpose and goal of the space & program, and developed several initiatives such as a bi-weekly Lunch Club, for members to get to know each other, open up collaboration opportunities, and virtually, expanded the program into digital, with a Slack channel, weekly newsletters.
